FAQ's

  • I am/was a WSPHA Member and need to renew my membership, Is there a discount? How can I use the bundle discount?
Log in to the Membership portal and renew your membership, use code BUNDLE26 to get 15% off your renewal/new membership. Please note, this needs to be done prior to registering for the conference and will be a seperate transaction. Once this is done, you can proceed to register for the conference from your membership dashboard. If you are having trouble renewing your membership please contact Gloria at admin@wspha.org.
  • I am a WSEHA member, how do I check my Membership status?
You can contact Megan McNelly, megan@wseha.org for all WSEHA membership status, renewals and new memberships. Please note, to receive the member registration rate you will need to upload your WSEHA membership card during registration.
  • My Organization wants to send a check, can I be invoiced for my registration?
Yes, select (check) at check out, checks must be received within 30 days of date on the invoice. All conference invoices must be paid prior to the start of the conference. Checks are to be mailed to P.O. BOX 88174, Seattle, WA 98138
  • What is the cancellation policy?
The Washington State Public Health Association and the Washington State Environmental Health Association incur costs based on the number of expected attendees, and late cancellations impact our ability to continue to offer a high-quality conference and learning experience for our participants. Requests should be sent in writing to admin@wspha.org by the deadlines below. Request received by: July 31st: 100% refund August 28th: 75% refund September 11th: 50% refund Between September 12th and 30th: 25% refund After Oct 1st: No refund Please note memberships bundled with conference registrations and donations that have been already been charged are nonrefundable.
