Since the 2025 Annual Conference, we requested a “proposal” instead of an “abstract” to encourage inclusivity across diverse education levels, English language proficiency, and abilities. This approach allows for clearer, more accessible submissions from all participants.The submission deadline is June 12th at 11:59 PM PST, and late entries will not be accepted to allow sufficient time for our CAT team to thoroughly review all proposals.All presenters, including guest presenters, are required to pay for registration, with the option of one-day passes available for convenience. Please note that all guests attending your presentation must purchase a registration to attend a session.

¿Cuál es la diferencia entre una propuesta y un resumen?
Desde la Conferencia Anual de 2025, pedimos una «propuesta» en lugar de un «resumen» para promover la inclusión de personas con diferentes niveles educativos, habilidades en inglés y capacidades. Este enfoque hace que las propuestas de todos los participantes sean más comprensibles y accesibles.
¿Cuándo es la fecha límite?
La fecha límite para enviar propuestas es el 12 de junio a las 11:59 PST, y no se aceptarán envíos tardíos para que nuestro equipo CAT tenga el tiempo necesario para revisar todas las propuestas con cuidado.
¿Los ponentes deben pagar la cuota de inscripción?
Si, todos los ponentes, incluidos los invitados, tienen que pagar la cuota de inscripción. Para mayor comodidad, hay la opción de comprar pases de un día.
¿Puedo llevar a un amigo a mi presentación?
Todos los asistentes a su presentación tendrán que comprar una Inscripción al evento para poder participar en la sesión.
